Poppy wears NCLA for Paper Mag!

We always LOVE to see which celebrities are loving NCLA, especially when our products are being worn by celebrities who are so artistically unique! Poppy graced Paper Magazine's latest shoot with a gorgeous lace outfit and even more gorgeous nails! Celebrity nail artist Sarah Chue applied Ask The Magic 8 Ball and Back To Black to achieve Poppy's unique manicure.
