NCLA Beauty guarantees that the product you purchased from www.nclabeauty.com or any authorized NCLA Beauty reseller is in line with the specifications outlined on our website, accurately described on its packaging, and is new, merchantable, and free of defects in materials and workmanship.

Who Can File a Warranty Claim

Warranty claims can only be made by the original purchaser of an NCLA Beauty product in the United States, purchased through www.nclabeauty.com or an authorized reseller. On Amazon.com, the only authorized reseller is Carbon Beauty.

Warranty Period

This limited warranty begins on the date of purchase and lasts for a period of three (3) months. We reserve the right to modify the terms or duration of this warranty at any time, but such changes will not affect prior purchases.

What is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized resellers or any items bought from Amazon.com without valid proof of purchase from Carbon Beauty. NCLA Beauty reserves the right to examine any returned items and reject claims if there is a significant discrepancy between the product's actual condition and its description on the website or packaging. Additionally, this warranty does not cover damage due to shipping, improper storage or use, alterations, normal wear and tear, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at orders@nclabeauty.com. Proof of original purchase from our website or an authorized reseller may be required. You may need to return the product to NCLA Beauty at your own expense. Products returned without written authorization from our customer support team may not be accepted.

What NCLA Beauty Will Provide

If your warranty claim is valid, NCLA Beauty will either replace the product or provide a refund or store credit for the original purchase price, excluding shipping fees.

Limitation of Liability

NCLA BEAUTY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE, PURCHASE, OR FAILURE OF A PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY. Certain states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, NCLA BEAUTY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
