PRODUCT INFO
Apply a scoop of Sugar Sugar lip scrub onto clean, dry lips. Massage into lips in circular motions using the silicone lip scrubber. Wipe or rinse clean. Follow by applying a thin coat of Balm Babe lip balm for maximum hydration and lasting moisture.

    I love NCLA Beauty lip care products. They keep my lips soft and hydrated even during the harshest New England winter. This Cocoa Kisses Holiday Set not only works amazingly but tastes devine and has the bonus of a cute headband to use when I wash my face or put on makeup. A must buy for sure.
