Massage a scoop of body scrub onto dry skin for an intense exfoliation or onto damp skin for a more gentle exfoliation. Scrub in circular motions. Let sit for a minute or two for maximum hydration. Rinse off thoroughly. Repeat two to three times a week.

This smells amazing just like all of their body products. Sad to see their nail oils discontinued. Everything I have gotten from them is a ten!!!
