Sugar, Sugar lip scrub gently exfoliates, hydrates and brightens, while Balm Babe lip balm intensely soothes and nourishes lips. Each set comes with a silicone lip scrubber for use with Sugar Sugar lip scrub.
Apply a scoop of Sugar Sugar lip scrub onto clean, dry lips. Massage into lips in circular motions. Wipe or rinse clean. Follow by applying a thin coat of Balm Babe lip balm for maximum hydration and lasting moisture.
